Pay Rate: £12.30
Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00 & Friday 07:00-12:30
Location: Livingston
Key Duties
* Prepare components: cleaning, degreasing, masking, and hanging
* Operate powder coating equipment and curing ovens
* Apply coatings to specified thickness and finish standards
* Inspect finished work and rectify coating defects
* Carry out colour changes efficiently
* Maintain spray booths, equipment, and work area
* Work to production schedules and quality standards
* Comply with all health, safety, and environmental procedures
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of powder coating processes and defect prevention
* Experience with ovens and thickness control
* Good attention to detail and reliability
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
