What You’ll Do
* Lead delivery of CSS artefacts aligned to DO-326A, ED-202A, ED-203A
* Conduct threat analysis, risk assessments, and define security architectures
* Integrate cyber security into safety‑critical assurance (DO-178C, DO-254, IEC 61508)
* Support system and safety assessments (ARP4754A, ARP4761)
* Engage clients, shape solutions, and influence programme outcomes
* Scope and cost work, support bids and proposals
* Mentor junior consultants and grow capability
We’re Looking for Someone With
* Practitioner-level experience in DO-326A (and DO-356A/DO-355)
* Understanding of cyber security artefacts in safety‑critical environments
* Strong knowledge of safety‑critical software standards
* Familiarity with ARP4754A, ARP4761, DefStan 00-970/55/56
* Understanding of wider cyber frameworks (ISO 27001/27005, NIST SP 800-53/160)
* Consultancy experience including scoping, costing, and proposal support
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
