Primary School Teaching Assistant – Day-to-Day Cover (1:1 Support)

Milk Education is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for day-to-day cover across primary schools in the NW10 area, providing 1:1 classroom support.
The role:
1. Providing 1:1 support to pupils in the classroom
2. Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation
3. Working closely with the class teacher to support lesson delivery
4. Supporting pupils with additional needs where required (SEN experience welcomed)
We’re looking for:
5. Experience working with primary-aged children (school, childcare, tutoring, support work)
6. A reliable, calm, and proactive approach
7. Confidence working across different school settings
8. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
