Who We Are
NurtureCare provides specialist home‑based support to children and young adults with complex health needs. Our service is built on compassion, consistency, and clinical excellence—ensuring every individual has the opportunity to thrive in their own environment.
What You’ll Bring
* The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a close‑knit team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)

Clinical Care You’ll Provide
(Full training given— experience is desirable)
* Chest management
* Moving & handling, including use of hoists and slide sheets
* Supporting morning and bedtime routines (personal care, dressing, washing)
* Administering medication
* Assisting with eating and drinking
* Delivering enriching sensory activities aligned with her needs
