The Global Brand team plays a key role within Medik8 by producing exciting assets that build out our campaigns, drive sales on and offline plus developing and engaging our social media communities. Very much digital and creative people, we collaborate across the organisation to deliver first-class design, content, products and services in an agile and data-driven manner.
Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will create outstanding marketing tools for Medik8 to be a worldwide highly rated professional-led skincare brand.
This is an ideal role for a commercially minded professional with project management skills. You will be driven by ROI evaluation, achieving objectives and continuous growth. A confident, motivating leader who can take the brand to new heights in the ever evolving skincare space.
Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract and the successful candidate will need to be able to start the role in March.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based at our office in Borehamwood and 2 days from home.
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
In more detail your role will include:
* Managing mid-high level global brand campaigns, overseeing the end-to-end planning, creation, execution and evaluation. Working closely with all internal stakeholders to deliver the campaign on time and according to the strategy and brand guidelines.
* Providing core support to the Global Head of Brand Campaigns for marketing campaigns, overseeing specific deliverable streams to deliver quality standout content that supports core launch objectives and KPIs.
* Supporting the formulation of the brand strategy and vision across all global markets.
* Implementing the strategic roadmap for the brand, helping to outline goals and how to out-perform the market.
* Working closely with the R&D team to ensure accurate and effective product storytelling.
* Keeping on top of the latest global trends in the Skincare and Beauty industry, particularly across social platforms. Reviews shopper and consumer insights across the globe to identify short and long-term growth opportunities.
* Developing and rolling out core marketing tools used across global markets, to guarantee the maximum potential of the brand, analysing the success and impact these have to drive better efficiency and growth.
* Keeping on top of brand, product and category performance to ensure campaigns are insight-led, with a deep understanding of regional and market nuances.
* Actioning detailed PCAs that provide a deep understanding on campaign performance.
* Planning and executing global shoots from studio booking and model casting to shoot schedule.
* Championing the brand and driving visibility, guaranteeing global consistency across all touchpoints both internally and externally.
* Working closely with the Regional teams as they identify business opportunities to maximise regional growth.
* Establishing and maintaining great relationships with internal and external partners to drive the best campaign results.
* Demonstrating an awareness of managing brand budget lines accurately.

* Are educated to a degree level, ideally with a business or marketing background.
* Have experience within a fast-paced consumer sales environment, with an understanding of a mix of distribution points.
* Have a passion for skincare and cosmetics.
* Are socially-savvy, with an understanding of trends and an ability to respond to consumers' wishes.
* Are creatively-minded, with the ability to develop a strong brand vision; not afraid to think blue sky and raise the bar to deliver standout global campaigns.
* Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) organisational and presentation skills, with an ability to influence and inspire any audience with the highest focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
* Have experience in launching products with a 360 degree consumer-centric approach.
* Have strong analytical skills and good commercial acumen that will enable you to credibly work with the commercial and finance teams.
