As a Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly by supporting colleagues across the business and helping transition new projects into BAU. You’ll work in a fast-paced IT environment where problem-solving, communication and service excellence are at the heart of everything you do.
Job Description
* Provide first‑line support for hardware, telephony and key business applications
* Build, repair and prepare hardware devices to support day‑to‑day operations
* Use investigative questioning to troubleshoot issues effectively
* Support root‑cause analysis and help identify and reduce recurring problems in line with ITIL processes
* Maintain accurate incident logging and carry out Active Directory administration
What you’ll bring…
* Experience in IT Service Desk support, with strong customer service skills across both phone and face‑to‑face interactions
* Confident technical knowledge, including Windows 11 and the Microsoft Office suite
* Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
* A self‑motivated, positive approach with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Experience with service logging tools, ITIL principles or Microsoft qualifications (desired but not essential)
