As we continue to grow across our UK offices, we're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join our collaborative HR team and help support our people, leaders and disciplines across the region.This role sits within our UK HR team of nine and reports to one of our UK HR Consultants. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring a high-quality HR service for our employees, working closely with HR Shared Services, line managers and senior stakeholders. **About The Role:** As an HR Advisor, you will be a trusted partner—supporting on a wide range of people matters and helping to deliver a consistent, pragmatic and high-quality HR service. You will build strong relationships, provide credible advice, and ensure our processes run smoothly and accurately.**What You’ll be doing:*** Act as a key HR point of contact for line managers and employees, owning and managing day-to-day advisory support.* Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure seamless operational delivery.* Handle and escalate complex HR queries with clarity and professionalism.* Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, and support talent acquisition compliance.* Support promotion processes, including interview coordination and stakeholder communication.* Lead low-level Employee Relations cases and support HR Consultants with more complex matters.* Guide managers through flexible working, probation reviews, absences and occupational health processes.* Monitor HR data including WTD compliance, TOIL, leave and CPO goals.* Manage immigration processes, sponsorship administration and working-abroad requests.* Support engagement initiatives, analyse survey feedback and conduct exit interviews.* Manage secondments, assignments and cross-region transfers.* Contribute to budget planning, equal pay audits and operational meetings. **What We Are Looking For:** * Solid HR generalist grounding with proven experience managing Employee Relations cases.* Strong working knowledge of UK Employment Law.* Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.* Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and make considered decisions.* Comfortable handling both operational and administrative tasks.* Strong Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.* Experience providing HR advice within a professional environment.
