Join to apply for the UK Innovation Portfolio Manager role at E.ON UK. This role is based at Citigen (London) with flexible hybrid working.

What you’ll be doing
* Designing and nurturing a governance process for innovation and growth, along with a collaborative approach to portfolio management.
* Introducing a new portfolio management platform and creating KPIs and prioritisation frameworks that align with UK strategy.
* Facilitating quarterly portfolio reviews, bringing people together to share progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
* Planning ahead for resource needs (people, financial, and support), identifying gaps, and ensuring they’re addressed in a timely way.
* Supporting quarterly governance meetings at UK Board level, highlighting key decisions and shared priorities.
* Continuously refining the innovation and growth governance model as needs evolve.
* Building positive, collaborative relationships across the UK business, including Digital Technology, Commercial Services, Energy Infrastructure Solutions, E.ON Next and Industrial & Commercial teams.
What we need from you
* Experience in portfolio management within a complex, collaborative environment — ideally with innovation or change portfolios.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to bring people together and create shared understanding.
* Familiarity with innovation processes such as Agile working and Rapid Assumption Testing.
* A solutions-focused mindset, with creativity and adaptability.
* Excellent analytical skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
* Knowledge and experience in the energy sector or a related industry.
Nice to have
* Experience implementing portfolio management platforms or governance frameworks.
* Understanding of strategic prioritisation processes at a senior level.
