Head Chef - Windsor, Berkshire Aramark UK is recruiting a Head Chef to join our talented Food and Beverage Team at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. We are One Team at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort and we are committed to deliver magic every day for our guests! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something very special at a major UK theme park attracting 1000s of guests during peak season! As Head Chef, you will ensure the smooth running of the back of house team across four restaurants in LEGOLAND Windsor hotels and Woodland Village. As expert in your field, you will develop menus, lead the team to success, and manage GP budget and Labour budget across the department. This is a full time and permanent position working both weekdays and weekends. A day in the life of a Head Chef: Strategically plan and develop menus aligned with hotel F&B strategies, focusing on profitability, GP targets, and cost efficiency through streamlined products and suppliers Partner with Head of Hotel F&B to create menus for existing and new concepts, ensuring offerings meet client expectations Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and team development while promoting Aramark’s culture and values Oversee HR procedures, succession planning, employee relations, and ensure adherence to company standards including opening/closing procedures Ensure high food quality and presentation, monitor KPIs, forecast demand, and maintain food safety compliance across hotel kitchens Implement robust food safety practices, maintain audit trails, manage kitchen files, and oversee deep cleaning programs Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety legislation, maintaining a secure and safe working environment Manage GP, labour, and direct budgets across hotel restaurants by controlling waste, stock, staffing, and equipment maintenance You'll be set up for success if you have: Experience operating as a Sous Chef or existing Head Chef in a fast paced, High volume environment A proven track record in leading a team Experience managing cost of sales At Aramark UK, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive.
