We are recruiting a Strategic, Senior Talent and Development Partner to support our Places Leisure business as a Centre of Excellence. To be successful, you must be within a 60-minute commute of our main office locations—Preston, Derby, Bristol, or London—and be prepared for regular travel.
We seek a dynamic, experienced professional to partner with senior leaders and teams, implementing our talent and development strategy, focusing on mapping, developing, and mobilizing talent across Places Leisure and the wider PfP business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders to create, implement, and deliver talent and development strategies.
* Map, develop, and mobilize talent across the organization.
* Implement strategic learning, leadership, and talent initiatives; support managers in team development and career growth.
* Ensure the workforce has the right skills at the right time, fostering a customer service-oriented culture.
* Collaborate with People departments to align and integrate processes.
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience in a partnering role delivering talent, development, or HR strategies as a centre of excellence.
* Experience creating engaging, inclusive training materials.
* Ability to coach and facilitate learning for senior stakeholders.
* Experience delivering strategic projects with measurable impact and ROI.
* Strong leadership and line management experience of a team of three.
* Autonomous working skills across business partnering, coaching, project delivery, and management.
* Data-driven approach to developing people solutions.
