The Project: This is a flagship project featuring 70% adaptable wet/dry lab floors, advanced MEP systems, and cutting-edge sustainable structural innovations, this project is a masterclass in modern, high-tech construction. Why this role is a career-maker: Strategic Ownership: You will own the integrated master schedule from enabling works through to commissioning, ensuring total operational alignment. Technical Innovation: Influence planning methodologies on a site that prioritises sustainability—including post-tensioned raft slab sequencing and high-performance façade engineering. High-Level Exposure: Collaborate directly with project leadership, elite design teams, and global supply chain partners to drive the delivery of critical R&D infrastructure. Are you the right fit? We are looking for an expert with the following profile: Primavera P6 Mastery: You are a power user who understands Level 1–5 scheduling and the nuances of critical path methodology within complex environments. Sector Expertise: Proven track record planning large-scale, complex construction projects, ideally within life-sciences, pharmaceutical, or high-tech R&D facilities. Contractual Acumen: Deep fluency in the planning requirements of NEC3/NEC4 contracts. Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated ability to facilitate planning workshops, manage multi-stakeholder expectations, and embed safety and sustainability into every stage of the project life-cycle. Professional Standards: Membership (or working towards) a recognised professional body (APM, CIOB, RICS, ICE, or AACE) is highly valued.
