Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding service? We're seeking a Service & Repairs Coordinator to join a fast-paced team in Ferndown and play a vital role in coordinating repair and service operations.
As a Service & Repairs Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of scheduling and communication—ensuring that engineers are where they need to be, customers are well-informed, and jobs run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate upcoming repair, service, and ECO work
Manage engineer diaries and day-to-day job administration
Act as a point of contact for internal teams, engineers, and customers
Make daily courtesy calls and communicate work updates
Issue RAMS for all booked work and manage documentation
Arrange travel, parts, and equipment for engineers
Create and manage purchase orders for required materials and plant hire
Maintain up-to-date trackers and process engineer worksheets What We’re Looking For
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
