This role will encompass the strategic direction of the scaffolding function to support the achievement of ambitious revenue targets. The department continues to grow with room for a Sales Manager and two additional Sales Engineers. Working in alignment with the Asset & Scaffold Director to implement and deliver the scaffolding sales strategy, this role will be hands on.
* Lead scaffolding function to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels and relevant KPI’s.
* Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share within scaffolding sector.
* Manage pipeline for target projects
* Forecasting turnovers and managing budgets
* Presenting key project bids and leading contract negotiations with key customers
* Monitoring the long-term outlook for scaffolding projects to signal upturn, or downturns in opportunities as early as possible

Stand out from the crowd - What distinguishes you
* Scaffolding Industry marketing and sales
* Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access and shoring systems used within the sector
* PC literate with good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office standard programmes
* Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector
* Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers
