Field Marketing Activator Intern
Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Field Marketing Activator Intern to be based across Northern England. This is a paid 12‑month internship. You must be completing a Placement Year as part of your university course or within two years of completing your degree. The internship runs from 6 July 2026 to July 2027. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme. The role will close on Monday 16th March at 10am.
Give wings to people and ideas by getting them to consume Red Bull every day. Drive awareness and grow consumption of Red Bull products, both the can and the media business.
You will support the Field Marketing team in delivering the 2026 and 2027 regional business plans by implementing brand activations at third‑party events, executing branded vehicle activations, and bringing national brand campaigns closer to consumers in the region.
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
THIRD PARTY SUPPORT PLAN: SPORT AND CULTURE EVENTS
Execute an innovative 3rd‑party support plan that spans the full term of the placement, demonstrating Red Bull giving wings to regional scenes and individuals in the moment of need. Be the primary contact for regional 3rd‑party relationships; handle all logistics, ensuring a smooth and reliable execution that delivers on Marketing and Sales KPIs. Support the delivery of Red Bull’s integration at third‑party events; manage on‑site brand plans, athlete activations and sales distribution points.
IMAGE DRIVING DISTRIBUTION
Support the national Image‑Driving Distribution strategy, ensuring Red Bull is available at influential sport and culture venues. Activate within image‑driving outlets. Work closely with the Field Marketing Specialists to identify new influential accounts in the region and determine the best approach to win and maintain relationships.
FIELD ACTIVATIONS
Support the delivery of the Event Vehicle programme by identifying opportunities in the region and executing pop‑up activations. Work closely with the regional Field Marketing Specialists to creatively bring the regional consumer closer to the brand through surprise and delight activations. Build relationships with new audiences with different interests, backgrounds, and cultures.
CONSUMER COLLECTING
Support the regional team with the recruitment, onboarding and training of Student Marketeers.
COMMUNICATION
Capture and create social content for use on national managed social channels from Field Marketing activity in the region.
