Your responsibilities include:
* Being a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
* Ensuring equal access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
* Supervising and supporting children at all times
* Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
* Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
* Reading, understanding, and implementing company policies, procedures, and practices
* Adhering to any updates to policies and procedures within the required timeframe
* Ensuring practices meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Reporting concerns or issues regarding policies and practices to your line manager
* Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
* Ensuring confidentiality where appropriate
* Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
