The Advocate Group are currently supporting a leading global FMCG company in the search for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to define and execute its UK marketing strategy. You’ll drive brand growth through media planning, product innovation, and compelling customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual marketing plan to deliver brand awareness, market share, and innovation impact
Develop and manage media strategy (TV & Digital), overseeing agency relationships and ROI
Oversee product portfolio lifecycle, from development to go-to-market
Direct brand positioning and communications in alignment with global brand teams
Lead and coach the UK marketing team, setting strategy for brand, digital, and trade marketing
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform decisions
Requirements
Degree in Business or Marketing (MBA a plus)
Senior marketing leadership within FMCG environments
Proven digital, media, and product management expertise
Strong analytical skills using Nielsen / IRI data
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
