A unique part-time opportunity has arisen for a passionate Manager to join the housing industry providing a day to day service delivery to the organisation and it's clients.
In the House Manager job, you will be:
1. Managing onsite operations and resources with a strong focus on delivering exceptional levels of customer service
2. Record keeping, dealing with and supporting with events, activities and emergencies
3. Meeting with prospective home owners and tenants, introducing them to the organisation and services that are provided
4. Dealing with any enquiries concerning all aspects of the management within the organisation
5. Responsible for all Health and Safety elements including reports, following procedures, inspections, maintenance and security

6. Previous experience working in a customer focused environment ideally within the housing sector
7. Strong communication and customer service skills
8. The ability to establish and maintain high standards of personal conduct and professional relationships
9. An understanding and knowledge of confidentiality and data protection
This is a part time, temporary role working 9:00am to 13:00pm, on the 24th, 26th and 28th November. The role is based near Llandudno and on an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour plus holiday pay.
