Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Ecommerce Manager located in Sidcup.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a brilliant opportunity to join an iconic and expanding luxury fashion/accessories & lifestyle brand to manage the day-to-day running of the e-commerce website and all digital marketing activity.
As part of a successful south London-based head office team, you will oversee a small team and work collaboratively with the digital transform lead and be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the forward strategies across ecommerce and digital marketing channels, reporting to the business on key metrics.
An autonomous role, you will be the ecommerce & digital marketing expert within the business and will work closely with the CEO, Creative Director, and extended team, to maximise brand success online. Great opportunity to work in a dynamic, successful, and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities Ecommerce:
Day to day management of the e-commerce website.
Working closely with the Creative Manager to ensure all content, product selection and placement is created and aligned with brand.
Oversee the launch of collections and special products online and product upload.
Create all product feeds, adding product descriptions, attributes, meta details, optimising images and ensuring that the process adheres to SEO best practice.
Work with warehouse to ensure that order fulfilment and delivery is on time in line with delivery promise.
Manage customer service and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Manage 3rd party web developers to deliver changes to the site. Brief requirements and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined levels of quality and scope. Optimise the customer journey based on analytical data and ensure it is in line with brand guidelines.
Plan and run markdowns and promotions.
Mentor and manage the Ecommerce & Marketing Assistant.
Digital Marketing:
Develop the master content calendar for all web promotions, significant dates, and peak trading
Develop digital marketing plan and manage all digital marketing channels to ensure KPI achievements, working with our inhouse PPC and Paid manager.
Manage and co-ordinate affiliate and email channels in-house. SEO optimisation with keyword analysis, page optimisation, competitor analysis. Manage forecasts, planning and targets to ensure all metrics and KPIs are successfully defined and delivered.
Provide weekly and monthly performance analysis and insights to drive change and maximise site traffic and conversion rates.
Devise and implement the social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, and monitor content and interactions daily.
Brief Creative team on visual assets needed for specific campaigns.
Weekly and monthly performance reporting of site and correlated digital marketing activity, focusing on traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales. Identify ways to drive traffic, conversion, customer retention and overall online improvements.
Constantly monitor the industry best practice and benchmarks. 4+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing within the retail industry, ideally in a similar role for a luxury brand.
Good experience and knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, with experience in luxury fashion, accessories, lifestyle
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, affiliate marketing, and all major social media platforms.
Experience driving digital sales through proven commercial online strategies, with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset. Experienced on major e-commerce platforms, Shopify especially, well-versed in back-office administration.
Confident with Microsoft office suite and proficient in Excel.
