This role is Hybrid based in the Hale office, please check that you can commute to Hale in advance of application.\n\nWe’re currently looking for multiple enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors who are focused on customer service, administration and taking inbound & outbound calls. The role will deal with a wide range of customer issues.\n\nCactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing client who are offering you the following:\n\nSalary - £24k + Bonus paid monthly + excellent benefits\nMust have at least 6 months Contact centre experience\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupport customer enquiries by telephone or electronically via internal Contact Centre Solution and CRM systems\nManage all direct customer Interactions \nHandle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific direct customer enquiries\nSupport customers with order status updates and delivery tracking queries\nEffectively manage calls, enquiries, orders, complaints, returns and log all details of actions taken within CRM system to support case management\nManage customer complaints and escalate it to the right stakeholders to support resolutions\nProvide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and areas of improvement\nKey Skills Required:\n\nPrevious experience within a Customer Service position is essential\nKnowledge of CRM systems\nA self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work\nOutstanding verbal communication skills \nProfessional and empathetic approach to resolving issues\nDecent I.T skills\nExcellent time management Please share a CV with (url removed)
