About The Role
As a Large Language Model Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale language models (LLMs). You will collaborate with stakeholders across enterprise and engineering teams at NCC to create state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) solutions that enhance our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into various applications.
* Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning.
* Implement and maintain scalable NLP pipelines.
* Develop multi-agent, multi-modal systems interpreting images, videos, robotic motion, and sensor outputs.
* Analyze model performance and provide insights for improvements.
* Document development processes and results.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
* Proven experience in developing and deploying large language models.
* Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
* Deep knowledge of NLP techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, transformers, and attention mechanisms.
* Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Note: The position requires successful completion of MoD Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
* Contributions to open-source NLP projects or publications in top-tier conferences/journals.
