The Role Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here s a snap shot of what you'll be doing day to day -You will form part of the Maintenance team, working primarily on supporting our Bed Production Operatives, by maintaining, repairing and servicing our static plant machinery - conveyors, hydraulic presses, industrial sewing machines etc. As part of a small maintenance team, you will also be involved with various other jobs around the site, no day will ever be the same, you certainly won t be bored and will be able to use all your skills and experiences to ever improve our factory environment.Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial sewing machines.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.Install new machines and calibrate them to meet production requirements.Maintain accurate records of all routine maintenance and repair activities.Manage inventory of spare parts. Your standard working week will be 40 hrs Monday -Friday.
