What will you do?
* Problem Solving: Lead impactful continuous improvement projects while developing your expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma skills.

Education & Qualifications
* Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, Supply Chain, Production Management, Mathematics, or degrees with strong focus on Data Management.
* Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English.
* Technical Expertise: A relevant degree, passion for innovation, and a keen interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Digital Curiosity: An interest in using new technologies, digital and data analytics to solve complex problems.
* Continuous Improvement Mindset: Creative thinking skills to simplify processes and bring fresh ideas to the table.
* Desire to make a difference: Ability to listen, learn, and deliver high-quality work that impacts lives.

Our Graduate Programmes are designed to accelerate the development of graduates who don’t have significant previous professional work experience in the area to which they are applying. If you already have substantial professional experience, you may consider direct entry roles instead. You must be able to evidence the right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
