1. Collaborating with the team to ensure the swift and efficient progression of all conveyancing matters. Managing cases comprehensively from instruction to completion.
2. Engaging with our valued clients to understand their needs and manage cases in adherence to service level agreements and best practices.
3. Prioritising tasks and optimising work procedures for maximum efficiency.
4. Maintaining consistent and transparent communication with clients, colleagues, and external agencies - consistently delivering professional and efficient service.
5. Effectively utilising our case management system.
6. Computer literacy, with excellent MS office skills.
