Description
* Provide tailored legal advice to private clients on estate planning, wills, and trusts.
* Handle probate and estate administration processes efficiently and accurately.
* Draft and review legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
* Advise on inheritance tax planning and asset protection strategies.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met professionally.

Profile
A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
* Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland
* Experience of private client law, including wills, trusts, and probate.
