The Role As the Senior Quantity Surveyor on this scheme, you’ll report directly to the Commercial Director and take full commercial responsibility for a live design & build industrial shed project. Your main duties will include: Leading all commercial and cost management activities as the project’s Senior Quantity Surveyor. Managing procurement, subcontractor payments, variations, and valuations. Preparing CVRs, forecasts, and monthly reports. Supporting and mentoring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on site. Ensuring project profitability and maintaining strong client relationships. About You To be successful as the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need: Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or strong Project QS ready to step up. Ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and deliver results. Living within roughly 45-60 minutes of Corby.
