Role Overview
The School Administrator will play a central role in ensuring the smooth daily running of the school office. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing front-of-house reception duties
* Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
* Maintaining accurate student records and databases
* Supporting attendance tracking and communication with parents
* Coordinating school communications and newsletters
* Assisting with admissions administration
* Managing filing systems and document compliance
* Supporting SLT with administrative tasks
* Organising meetings and preparing documentation
* Maintaining confidentiality at all times

Administrative Team Information
The Administrator will work within a structured office team including the Office Manager, Attendance Officer, and Data Manager. Clear systems are in place, and training will be provided on school MIS systems. The leadership team values efficient administration and provides ongoing support.
