Clinical Lead – Mental Health
Place: Paisley Lodge, Hopton Mews, Armley, Leeds LS12 3UA.
Salary: £52,000 to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience).
We are thrilled to expand our team with a brand‑new opportunity for a Mental Health Clinical Lead to take the helm of our specialist mental‑health community. What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead quality clinical practice and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
* Conduct regular clinical audits, risk assessments, and reflective practice sessions.
* Provide supervision, mentorship and training to nursing and care staff.
* Collaborate with external professionals and contribute to strategic planning.
* Support strategic decision‑making with the home and deputy manager.
* Lead support and inclusion groups within the home’s community.

What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse (Mental Health preferred) with valid NMC registration.
* Minimum six months of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
* Significant mental‑health experience, ideally in acute or rehabilitation inpatient settings.
* Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS and safeguarding legislation.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Experience in care‑home settings.
* Training in PBS, trauma‑informed care or similar frameworks.
* Postgraduate qualification in mental health or leadership preferred.
