About the Role As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team in delivering fantastic food in a safe, clean and organised environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring equipment, crockery and workspaces are maintained to the highest standards while assisting with food preparation and daily operations. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and wash-up areas Supporting basic food preparation and garnish sections Following cleaning schedules and “clean as you go” standards Ensuring correct waste, recycling and food labelling procedures Supporting food hygiene and safety compliance About You You are reliable, hardworking and enjoy being part of a fast-paced kitchen team. You take pride in cleanliness and organisation and are eager to develop your kitchen skills.
