Position Details
Position: Premises Manager
Contract: Full time, permanent, 36 hours / 52 weeks
Start date: March 2026
Salary: Support Staff – PS7 (Fringe – Surrey) £33,553.00 – £35,763.00
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a programme of site testing and inspections to ensure statutory compliance
* Identify issues quickly by carrying out regular inspections of all indoor and outdoor areas, providing written reports/action plans as required
* Ensure site team are contactable whilst on duty
Essential Requirements
* Awareness and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
* Relevant work experience
* Full driving licence

* Experience of working within an educational setting
