About the Role:
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of charitable campaigns engaging with the public, raising awareness, and encouraging long-term support for meaningful causes. Its a role where your ability to connect with people can directly lead to social change.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Engagement: Approach members of the public in busy areas like shopping centres, high streets, events, and transport hubs. Start conversations that spark interest and build trust.
Sales & Fundraising: Clearly explain the value of regular charitable giving and secure new long-term donors through compelling conversations.
Personalised Communication: Adapt your approach based on who youre speaking to, using empathy and emotional intelligence to make each message relevant and impactful.
Customer Experience: Answer questions, ease concerns, and ensure every interaction feels positive and genuine.
Campaign Representation: Be a credible, enthusiastic ambassador for the cause, maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.
Target Achievement: Work towards daily and weekly goals. Your performance will directly influence your earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive and high-energy team. Share tips, celebrate wins, and take part in regular coaching sessions and group briefings.
Who Were Looking For:
