Job Description
Lead and coordinate the Change Management procedure within the Joint Project Team (JPT) for one of our major clients, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Change Management Plan – Oversee the operation and maintenance of the plan, including associated forms and templates.
* Maintain the Programme Change Register – Ensure the register is up‑to‑date and accurate.
* Chair the Change Committee – Lead meetings and provide secretariat services to ensure smooth operations.
* Provide Summary Information & Metrics – Use the register to provide essential reports and metrics.
* Support Project Managers – Assist with all matters related to change management.
* Additional Tasks – Perform other responsibilities as agreed on a task‑by‑task basis.
Qualifications
* Essential Experience – Demonstrable experience in project, programme, or portfolio controls and supporting related controls.
* Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Attention to Detail & Accuracy – Follow written and spoken instructions meticulously.
* Microsoft Applications – Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
* Flexibility & Adaptability – Prioritise workload effectively in dynamic environments.
* Proactive Problem Solver – Initiate solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
* Desirable – Chartered professional in a related discipline (if available).
