Based in Reading, a fantastic regional opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager looking to progress their career with a recognised brand, working as part of a forward thinking team within a dynamic business to business professional services firm.
Working day to day with senior stakeholders and decision makers, as part of a national Business Development and Marketing team, you will help drive local business development activity and focus on increasing profitability through the generation of opportunities, bid support and a range of events that will help the firm grow and engage with their clients and contacts. Continually reviewing the firm’s market position and benchmarking against competitors, the Business Development Manager will operate as the business partner to the regional stakeholders ensuring that the regional drive for growth remains on strategy and maintains momentum. You will work closely with the Office Managing Partner and Regional Heads of Sector to drive growth in the region through relationship management, identifying new opportunities, bid management, promoting campaigns, developing local thought leadership and PR content and local event management.
