Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative tasks and office management, ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and proficiency in various software applications to support daily business functions effectively.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the management and coordination of academic schedules, timetables, and classroom resources.
* Support the management of student enrolment, registration, and academic records.
* Maintain communication between faculty, staff, and students to ensure smooth educational operations.
* Assist in preparing reports on student performance, attendance, and academic progress.
* Help manage the administrative aspects of curriculum planning and delivery.
* Support the coordination of staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
* Assist in making policy paperwork as per industry requirements.
* Deal with awarding bodies, partner organisations and funding providers.
* Prepare and process documentation for accreditation and regulatory compliance.
* Assist in organising educational events, workshops, and student activities.
* Handle general office tasks, including maintaining educational materials and resources.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
