About The Role
As an Accounts Assistant in our Property Management and Accounts department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing all accounting transactions. Your duties will include processing payments between Foxtons, landlords, and tenants, such as rent payments and commission charges. Working closely with the Property Management team, you will handle lease renewals and deposit releases, ensuring all charges and costs are accurately deducted. Additionally, you will liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure their invoices are promptly uploaded and processed through Foxtons’ in-house database.

Our Property Management and Accounts department manages over 25,000 tenancies, so you should enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced, and service-driven environment. We seek candidates with a strong mathematical aptitude, familiarity with Excel and accounting databases, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
