Key ResponsibilitiesCore Duties
* Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
o Acquisitions and disposals
o Landlord and tenant matters
o Development transactions
* Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice
* Work closely with senior stakeholders on ongoing matters
* Support and supervise junior team members
Progression Responsibilities (Over Time)
* Take on team leadership responsibilities
* Contribute to strategic decision-making
* Support departmental growth and development
* Help shape processes, systems, and team structure
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Minimum 6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong technical expertise and attention to detail
* Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
* Interest in developing into a leadership role
