You’ll work alongside experienced specialists on complex, high‑value construction, projects and commercial matters. The work is strategic, impactful and intellectually stimulating — and you’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are generous with their time, pragmatic in their approach, and committed to your development.
This role would suit:
* A private practice lawyer with strong Construction & Projects or Commercial Contracts experience who is ready for a high‑quality first move in‑house, or
* An ambitious in‑house lawyer looking to deepen their exposure to specialist construction/project work in a fast‑paced, future‑focused organisation.
Package: Salary up to £75k (DOE) plus bonus and excellent benefits.
Working pattern: Very flexible working — open to full‑time or part‑time.
Location: Hybrid working with only 2 days per week in the office (West or East Midlands).
