We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our established and growing Guest Services Team. Your role would be to provide proactive reception duties, maintaining high level performance, organisation with a corporate approach. This position is based within our serviced buildings at Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill and Hamilton International Technology Park, Blantyre.
Key responsibilities will include:
 * Deliver a professional and welcoming environment for occupiers/visitors
 * Managing access control system to the building
 * Provide high level communication to occupiers
 * Statistic Reporting
 * Working with Building Manager and FM Team
 * Handling telephone enquiries
Minimum skills required include:
 * Prior experience in a similar role essential
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Professional telephone manner
 * Excellent organisational skills
 * Competent in Microsoft Office
 * Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties with a positive attitude.

Full-Time (Mon-Thu 8:30 to 17.00, and Fri 8:30 to 16:00)
