Role Overview:
As Assistant General Manager at Sam’s, you’ll be
second-in-command of the entire venue, balancing hands-on floor management with
strategic planning. You’ll lead shifts, support training and development, and
take ownership of key responsibilities like stock, systems, team engagement,
and guest satisfaction. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help
ensure every department runs smoothly, while upholding our brand standards and
supporting a positive, high-performing team culture.
Pay:
Pay consists of house salary + an average of tronc
