Key responsibilities:
You will support client implementation of Alfa Systems, reporting to the Alfa Project Manager or Implementation Architect. Contribute to specific project areas such as: Business analysis, including:
Gathering requirements and documenting user stories, working closely with customers and software engineering teams to identify gaps and ensure features meet requirements. Participating in process mapping workshops and documenting operational processes with accounting, reporting, and integration impacts. Configuring Alfa Systems to support client needs. Supporting accounting and finance workshops. Application support, including:
Investigating defects, collaborating with engineering teams, performing QA, and understanding customer impacts. Assisting clients with test coverage and requirements traceability. Data conversion, including:
Participating in data mapping workshops, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Executing data conversions during go-live and rehearsals. Training:
Developing training materials and delivering training on Alfa Systems. You will own your area, possibly supervising junior consultants, and work closely with clients and the team to ensure project success. Responsibilities include: Contributing to workstream and project planning. Proactively managing risks and issues. Continuing to learn about Alfa Systems and industry trends. Reporting progress, adhering to timelines, and monitoring budgets. Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Desired skills and experience:
Business analysis and/or consultancy experience. Knowledge of SDLC and enterprise software implementation. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Preferred:
Experience with Alfa implementations. Background in auto or equipment finance. What we offer:
