Academics Bristol is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the nursery class at a mainstream primary school in north Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant school community and play a key role in supporting the youngest learners.
Location: Bristol - BS10. Free parking on site or easily accessible by public transport
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (32.5 hours per week)
Salary: £90 - £110 per day, depending on experience
Contract: Term time only plus Insets
About the role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support and inspire children in their early years learning journey.
Organise and manage interventions to help children progress.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.The right candidate
Passionate about working with children and making a real difference.
GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Qualified with NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant field
