Within the Children's Outpatient's department we really value our staff, all staff play an important role in the day to day running of our clinical services making sure that patient care is at the forefront of all we do.
This post will support the Children's Outpatient Clinic located at Royal Preston Hospital working with our booking team and on our main reception.

Main duties of the job

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You will have excellent communication skills and who loves to interact with patients to ensure that our patients receive the best patient experience. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn about the Trust's outpatient appointment booking processes and the systems that support this function, specifically the National Spine, Flex and BI Portal.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clinicians, managers and others within the Specialty Business Unit and with trust wide service users.
