MARKETING ASSISTANT
Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for brands and marketing? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of exciting brand initiatives across our UK portfolio.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key supporting role in bringing our marketing plans to life. Working closely with the Brand Marketing team, you’ll help coordinate campaigns, manage day‑to‑day activities, and ensure projects run smoothly from planning through to execution.

What kind of things will I be doing?
Day‑to‑day support
* Assisting the Brand Managers in delivering brand plans within the allocated A&P budget
* Supporting the coordination of marketing activities, campaigns, and activations
* Liaising with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to gather information and support ongoing projects
* Maintaining accurate records of marketing spend and assisting with budget tracking
Reporting & analysis
* Supporting the preparation of monthly reports (depletions, shipments, inventory, and activity updates)
* Collecting and organising feedback from the sales team
* Assisting with compiling insights on brand performance and market trends
* Liaising with Finance to support the compilation of brand spend reports and reconciliations
Brand & asset management
* Maintaining and organising brand assets in line with company and brand guidelines
* Assisting in the creation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials
* Supporting content updates for internal and external communications
Activations & events
* Assisting with the planning and execution of events, activations, and brand initiatives
* Supporting Brand Ambassadors/Activators with logistics, materials, and coordination
* Managing POS inventory, including ongoing stock overview and pre‑ and post‑event administration
* Helping gather information and materials for post‑event reports and case studies
Administrative support
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes where required
* Managing general administrative tasks for the marketing team
Ad hoc
* Supporting the wider marketing and sales teams as required
* Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as requested by the management team
What kind of things have I done before?
* Experience in a marketing, brand, or administrative support role
* Supported marketing campaigns or projects, with exposure to coordination, reporting, and data tracking
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders, such as internal teams or external agencies
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Advantageous exposure to FMCG, beverages, or consumer brands, and event coordination or brand activations
