Key Responsibilities
* Log and manage service and repair requests for groundcare equipment, including mowers, strimmer's, chainsaws, and turf machinery.
* Coordinate servicing, repairs, and breakdowns for both workshop and field service technicians.
* Prepare job cards, service reports, and warranty documentation accurately and on time.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related customer enquiries.
* Assist with warranty claims and service invoicing.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in service administration within groundcare, agricultural, or mechanical equipment industries
* Familiarity with groundcare machinery and service terminology
* Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills
* High accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
* Competent with MS Office and service/workshop management systems
