Business Development Manager – NSS Group

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with key clients.
What you’ll be doing
Driving new business growth across your territory and sector
Identifying and winning opportunities through prospecting, bids, and tenders.
Developing and growing existing accounts with cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
Building strong relationships with client decision-makers to unlock new revenue.
Using our CRM to manage pipelines and reporting to ensure consistent results.
About you
Proven B2B sales, ideally in facilities or service sectors.
Confident working with large, multi-site clients and understanding complex account structures.
Commercially minded, target-driven, and resilient.
Able to collaborate with operations teams to deliver outstanding service.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
