Assistant Project Manager – High-End Residential
Based between Head Office (SW14) & Central London project sites
Holt, a specialist in delivering exceptional high-end residential projects, is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in overseeing prime property projects from inception through to client handover, working closely with our directors, site teams, and clients.
What you'll be doing
* Managing and pricing enquiries for small works
* Visiting sites, assessing works, and presenting costs/variations to clients
* Procuring materials, labour, and subcontractors
* Preparing programmes and monitoring site progress
* Coordinating subcontractors and liaising with consultants, design teams, and building control
* Overseeing quality control, RFIs, CVIs, and project documentation
* Supporting project delivery through client handovers and O&M manual preparation
* Weekly reporting to the leadership team and updating company planning tools
What we're looking for
* Project Management qualifications (essential)
* Experience in construction/property, ideally within high-end or prime residential projects
* Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
* A valid UK driving licence (essential) – travel required between head office and London sites

* Standard working hours: 07:45 – 17:00 (flexible depending on project needs)
