Location: Lookers PartsPlus Thornaby
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £29,500 plus bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 and Saturdays 08:00 - 12:30 on rota basis)

PartsPlus is owned by Ford Motor Company and are true experts in their field of automotive Parts for all vehicles.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Telesales Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Customers, by taking Parts orders via the Phone, Email and Customer App. The role also entails supporting Customers and providing expert advice on Parts.

Responsibilities
4. Accurately identifying Parts for specific vehicles
5. Fulfil Customer orders via the Phone, Email and Customer App
6. Build strong relationships with both new and existing Customers
7. Provide a high level of Customer service
8. Supporting our Customers to become more profitable
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role you must:
9. Be a confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally
10. Have a good telephone manner
11. Be a ‘Team Player’
12. Have a basic understanding of using a computer (full training of systems and software can be provided)
13. Experience with Omnex is desirable
