Senior Account Manager - The Role:
As the Senior Account Manager, you will work with a portfolio of our top revenue-generating clients within the Gaming sector. Your role involves maintaining and growing revenue, developing a deep understanding of clients' business goals, and creating strategies that align those goals with Trust Payments solutions. This role values commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
* Serve as the main contact for high-value clients in the gaming sector, supporting retention and revenue growth.
* Develop detailed knowledge of each client’s payment approach to promote Trust Payments solutions.
* Create and implement strategic account plans aligned with client priorities.
* Lead quarterly business reviews, providing insights and exploring new service opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Risk) to meet client needs and support service expansion.
* Share client insights to inform product development and represent Trust Payments at industry events.
* Require 3+ years of Account Management experience within the Payments industry.
* Experience managing a portfolio of clients in the Gaming sector.
* Proven ability to grow account value through additional services and strong relationships.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder rapport-building at all levels.
* Confident in presenting during client meetings and reviews.
* Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful problem-solver.
* Curious about how new technologies can enhance client success.
* A team player contributing positively to shared goals.
