Business Development Manager (BDM) – Remote
We’re looking for an experienced and driven sales professional ready to hit new heights in their career. This role is fully remote and offers a lucrative base salary plus uncapped earnings.
About the Role
As a key player in our Field Sales team, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth. Your role will include:
* Hunting for new business: proactively prospecting through self‑sourced and company‑provided leads.
* Tailoring solutions: engaging in face‑to‑face and virtual consultations to fully understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
* Closing deals: presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
* Client management: nurturing relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience for up to 12 months post‑sale.
* Data analysis: conducting in‑depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth and boosting client ROI.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or high‑performing Telesales).
* Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
* Resilience and positive outlook when overcoming objections.
* Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
* Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
* A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
