Role Purpose
Fixed Term Contract 12 Months, with an option to extend.
The job holder is responsible for administration and accounting support for Accounts Payables & Receivables, and Operational teams, ensuring paperwork and tasks are progressed accurately and to an agreed time scale.
Main Duties and Responsibilities – What you need to do.
* Processing waste transfer notes and entering information on IWS
* Raising and processing supplier and customer invoices on Sage 50
* Processing purchase orders
* Filing both paper and electronic documents in the 4R filing system
* Compiling letters, spreadsheets and databases as required
* Telephone communication with 4R staff, customers, contractors, and Environment Agency
* Ensuring all documentation is complied to a high degree of accuracy as directed by the 4R Directors
* Any other Adhoc duties as and when required

Qualifications
* Preferred minimum 2 GCSE's (Maths & English)
Skills/Knowledge
* Minimum 2 years office work experience
* Experience preferred with accounting software(s)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
* Strong analytical skills
* Proactive and can prioritise workload
* IT: user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
* Good interpersonal skills and work well in a team
* Positive attitude to staff and customers
* Adapt to short notice changes to make sure that all deadlines are met

Pay and Benefits
Salary: £26,500 per annum full time equivalent (40hrs)
Hours: 32 hours per week – 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday
Holiday: 25 Days plus 8 recognised bank/public holidays (FTE)
