The Client Relationship Manager will manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and develop strategies to improve account management and create strategic roadmaps for clients.
Responsibilities:
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining client success and tasks including:
* Managing problems and incidents to ensure SLA achievement and client satisfaction.
* Ensuring seamless service transition when services are added or removed.
* Building lasting client relationships.
* Participating in client service review meetings.
* Following systems, processes, and methodologies as specified.
* Collaborating within the organization to provide resilient services.
* Understanding clients' business and IT strategies; communicating effectively with the RFA design team to develop solution-based roadmaps.
* Developing client-specific strategies to meet needs and identifying new opportunities for alignment with RFA’s products.
* Liaising with relevant business units to secure resources and supporting marketing initiatives with client feedback.
* Maintaining the client database with daily updates.
* Working under pressure and meeting deadlines, including working extra hours when needed.
* Serving as the point of contact for escalation requests.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a technical account manager.
* Good understanding of technology (cloud, storage, infrastructure, desktop).
* Project management experience, including cost management and basic accounting.
* Ability to review and track new opportunities.
* Excellent listening skills and ability to ask relevant questions.
* Ability to multitask and complete tasks timely with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
